Dr. Kelly Hayden
As assistant principal, my desire is to be the complimentary backbone and support for school leadership, faculty, staff, and the community to advance student academics and relationships. For the past eight years, as a stakeholder at Branchville High School, my passion has been to be a servant leader to strengthen student and parent capacity in order to improve student success. As a result, our students have begun to discover their person, purpose, and platform. I look forward to continuing my educational journey in this new role. It's always a great day to be a Yellow Jacket!

As Transformation Coach, my purpose is to empower teachers with clear, high-quality instruction so every Yellow Jacket meets ambitious learning goals. I serve as a thought partner and coach to teachers, aligning instruction to explicit learning targets and success criteria, data-driven planning, small-group supports, and frequent checks for understanding. At Branchville High School, we turn evidence into action, so students experience rigorous, engaging lessons every day.
